A Leader envisions an end-state, motivates, plans & coordinates the judicious use of resources (onto a timeline) that influence a desired (course of) action & maintains flow until a desired standard is achieved or diminishing returns realized. A moral Leader lives by example, subjugates personal gain, greed, & lives a modest, contented life awa having contempt for wasteful ego inflating reception, events & forsakes not the law & justice. A Christian Leader? All the above.

The Difference a bit of time & a skoshe of empathy can make
This young lady just had this day sealed into her memory for the rest of her life. No matter what happens she will know that there is at least one caring soul who gave freely & asked nothing in return.
