A Leader envisions an end-state, motivates, plans & coordinates the judicious use of resources (onto a timeline) that influence a desired (course of) action & maintains flow until a desired standard is achieved or diminishing returns realized. A moral Leader lives by example, subjugates personal gain, greed, & lives a modest, contented life awa having contempt for wasteful ego inflating reception, events & forsakes not the law & justice. A Christian Leader? All the above.
Captain Wen Jones USMC was savagely beaten when he defended a 14 year old who was being bullied by 3 males. Now 3 months later he said he would do it all over again to send the message that "you can stand up to bullies and it's ok to do the right thing!"
