Army morale low despite 6-year, $287M optimism program
I'm sure that #obama's social experimentation of the military has absolutely nothing to do with the low morale. I'm just waiting for the last domino to fall: The day a #homosexual doesnt get promoted because of incompetence, cries & whines that it's retribution because he's a pole-dancer. There goes the end of a meritorious promotion system.
