Obama, Israel's Netanyahu clash over Iran diplomacy - Yahoo News Canada
The Reuters interview gave Obama a chance to try to preemptively blunt the impact of Netanyahu’s closely watched address to Congress.
As is typical of obama he draws blood by denouncing Netanyahu as having been "wrong before" while in what can only be a classic play from the obama playbook, Susan Rice is simultaneously telling Israeli lobbyists that their demands are "unachievable."
For me, in the final analysis, obama's foreign policy record is abysmal and he is going "all in" on in this particular issue. He has too. The fact that what he is trying to do is not especially smart for the U.S., Israel or the world is irrelevant as far as he is concerned. Because, obama has painted himself into a corner. Historically his politics do not involve anything right (i.e. moral rightness or the conservative "right"). In this vein, obama resigns himself to all plans, inputs, and outcomes coming from and solely benefiting the left. If anything this is quite telling concerning obama's overall political impotence with anything having to do with real leadership but, the real and far greater issue is Israel's survival and right to exist which is far more important. To have an inept, far left, pro-Islam, pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel president who says one thing but really means something else, taking charge of your existence, well... of course Israel is sweating.
The sad part is Bibi is correct, obama is wrong, Iran will cheat, and Israel will be forced to defend itself, more than likely preemptively, which will leave this "plan" as obama refers to it nothing but what it really is....a pile of crap.

Previewing his coming appearance on Capitol Hill, Netanyahu told a cheering audience at the annual conference of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC): "As prime minister of Israel, I have a moral obligation to speak up in the face of these dangers while there’s still time to avert them.”
