Just because the meat in question isnt a certain temp doesnt mean it ISN'T safe to eat.  While cooking the meat should REACH minimum temps.  Of course the moment you remove it from the grill the meat begins cooling.



Imperitive: Test Temp WHILE Cooking.  Afterwards: It will 'fail' for being under temp & it wont tell you if the Minimum Temp was reached while cooking.
