A Leader envisions an end-state, motivates, plans & coordinates the judicious use of resources (onto a timeline) that influence a desired (course of) action & maintains flow until a desired standard is achieved or diminishing returns realized. A moral Leader lives by example, subjugates personal gain, greed, & lives a modest, contented life awa having contempt for wasteful ego inflating reception, events & forsakes not the law & justice. A Christian Leader? All the above.

I recommend a key system to off the grid planning; Hybrid wind, solar, biomass, generator, & water / geothermal if practicable.
