A Leader envisions an end-state, motivates, plans & coordinates the judicious use of resources (onto a timeline) that influence a desired (course of) action & maintains flow until a desired standard is achieved or diminishing returns realized. A moral Leader lives by example, subjugates personal gain, greed, & lives a modest, contented life awa having contempt for wasteful ego inflating reception, events & forsakes not the law & justice. A Christian Leader? All the above.
Article VI of the US Constitution prohibits religious tests as a condition of holding any public trust position under the United States. Requiring an oath that mentions a specific deity is a religious test, because those who do not believe in that deity would be unable to take the oath truthfully. Returning to the prior regulations of a year ago, when "so help me God" was optional, puts the Air Force back in line with how the other Armed Services have operated for their entire histories, and with the Constitution.
